1 Responsibilities of the Organizational Development Working Committee

The Working Committee on Organizational Development is responsible for the organizational development and management of the society, including the following specific duties:

1. Formulate the development plan for the society's organizational development and the establishment plan for its organizational structure.

2. Review the establishment, modification and cancellation of branch organizations.

3. Guide the daily work of branch organizations.

4. Formulate evaluation plans and assessment indicators for branch organizations, and organize and implement the evaluation of branch organizations.

5. Guide, coordinate and supervise the term renewal of branch organizations.
